Dental Tourism in Cairo
A written treatment plan and a fixed price from the first visit, a dedicated international-patient discount, and lifetime follow-up.
Why you can trust us before you travel
The biggest fear for a patient flying in is rarely the treatment itself — it is not knowing what will actually happen: exactly what it will cost, how many days it will take, and what happens if the plan changes after arrival. Our international patient programme is built around one principle: you know everything, in writing, before anything begins.
Before you travel, you can send photos or an X-ray on WhatsApp and receive an initial assessment with an estimated cost range. On arrival, examination, 3D CBCT imaging and digital planning are completed the same day, and you leave with a complete treatment plan and a fixed quotation. If the plan does not suit you, you are under no obligation to continue.
Because travelling for treatment is a significant financial and emotional decision, we apply a dedicated international-patient discount to the complete treatment plan. That discount appears clearly inside your written quotation — it is never a verbal promise and it is never tied to pressure to book on the spot.
Treatment uses European materials, and digital planning and restorations are produced in our in-house laboratory, which reduces both the number of visits and the length of your stay. After you fly home, follow-up continues for life over WhatsApp with the same treating dentist.
Our transparency, in four points
A written treatment plan from the first visit
Every international patient receives a full written treatment plan after the first examination and 3D scan: the procedures needed, the number of visits, the materials used and the total cost. Nothing is decided while you are in the chair.
Transparent, fixed pricing — no surprises
The quoted price is the price you pay. It is itemised per tooth and per procedure, and it does not change mid-treatment unless you approve an additional procedure in writing.
European materials and an in-house lab
Implant systems and ceramics are sourced from European manufacturers, and our in-house laboratory produces the restorations — which is what allows treatment to be completed within a short travel window.
Lifetime follow-up after you travel home
Your case remains open with us. You can send photos or questions on WhatsApp at any time, and remote follow-up appointments are arranged with the same treating dentist.
A dedicated discount for international patients
We apply a dedicated discount to the complete treatment plan of every patient travelling from outside Egypt. It is stated in writing inside your quotation before treatment starts, and it applies whether your plan is implants, veneers or full-mouth rehabilitation.
Send your photos or X-ray on WhatsApp to find out the discounted figure for your case and your cost range before you book a flight.

Dental Treatment in Egypt for International Patients: Direct Answers
Practical answers for patients travelling to Cairo for dental treatment — planning remotely, trip length, materials, costs and follow-up back home.
Is dental treatment in Egypt a safe option for international patients?
Treatment in Egypt is safe when the clinic uses certified materials, documented sterilisation and qualified specialists. Cosmo Dental Center uses CE- and FDA-certified implant systems (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, MegaGen), German IPS e.max and zirconia ceramics, CDC-grade sterilisation protocols, and consultants trained at UCLA, the University of Georgia and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Patients receive their implant passport, scans and treatment record for continuity of care at home.
How do I plan dental treatment in Cairo before I travel?
Planning starts remotely: send a recent panoramic X-ray or clear smile photographs to WhatsApp +20 111 110 6651 and Cosmo Dental Center returns a free online consultation, a written treatment plan, the number of visits and the total cost. Flights are booked only after the plan is agreed, and appointment blocks are reserved so the whole course fits the trip.
How many days should I stay in Cairo for dental work?
Most cases are completed in 5 to 10 days: veneers in about 5 days, a full smile makeover in about 7 days, and All-on-4 implant surgery in a single surgical day with an immediate temporary bridge. Implant cases requiring osseointegration need a second short visit 3–4 months later, or the final crown can be coordinated with a dentist at home using our digital files.
How much can I save on dental treatment in Egypt?
Patients typically pay significantly less than in the UK, Germany, the US or the Gulf for the same branded materials, because clinical costs in Egypt are lower — not because materials are downgraded. Cosmo Dental Center provides a written quote with the stages itemised, and the quote includes the exam, 3D CBCT scan, laboratory work and follow-up.
Which languages are spoken and is help with logistics available?
Staff at Cosmo Dental Center speak Arabic, English, French and Spanish. Dental-tourism packages can bundle hotel and airport transport near the treating branch, and appointments are scheduled Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Cairo time, so treatment days can be grouped for a short stay.
What happens if I need follow-up after I fly home?
Every patient leaves with the treatment record, the implant or ceramic reference, CBCT files and post-operative instructions, which any dentist abroad can act on. Cosmo Dental Center also runs a lifetime follow-up programme on implants and veneers, with remote reviews by photograph and WhatsApp, and in-clinic checks whenever the patient is back in Egypt.
