Stage 2: Digital Design Review
The medical designer (a specialized dentist) reviews every digital design before sending to manufacturing, ensuring:
- Margin accuracy
- Appropriate material thickness
- Compatibility with adjacent teeth
- Correct occlusion
Stage 3: Post-Milling Inspection
After CAD/CAM milling, every piece is inspected under magnification for:
- Dimensional accuracy
- Surface quality
- No cracks or defects
Stage 4: Color Matching
A specialized color technician ensures the shade matches natural teeth under different lighting conditions.
Stage 5: Final Inspection
The senior designer conducts a comprehensive final inspection before delivery. Any case that doesn't meet standards is remade.
